The ZGF Series hydrofilter is designed as the hood with built-in system for air cleaning with water.
It is designed to be installed above the BQ Series grill oven; and it also fits for application with Josper, PIRA, MOVILFRIT ovens and etc.
The advantages of ZGF hydrofilter are as follows:
- applicable in the facilities with a low ceiling;
- ease of mounting and servicing;
- kitchen space saving.
In order to reduce water consumption, it is recommended to install a retention tank.
